General and Full Liquor Liability
Liability Insurance — Barfly carries liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 for each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. In addition we carry $1,000,000 Liquor Liability insurance. Ask about being named as an additional insured. As our additional insured, a client can attach to our policy directly for their defense, meaning they do not have to defend themselves first, then seek indemnification.
General Liability Insurance - Barfly carries general liability insurance which covers you in general for when you are on the property and something happens to due to the cause of the bar.
Liquor Liability Insurance - Barfly carries liquor liability insurance which means we become the host of the event and therefore the insured responsible party. This alleviates the responsibility from the client who hired Barfly for the event. Most of us are unaware, do not realize and are not told that we are responsible, if anything should happen due to serving alcohol even as small as a house party. Ask us about this coverage it is already included in your package!
