Barfly is all about service and we like to give the best service we can from the very beginning. Whether you would like meet with us in person or have a meeting over the phone because of your schedule we can work around you! Here is how we like to take care of your needs:
- Gather information and as many details about your event
- Put together a personalized proposal for your special event
- Explain and provide all our packages, alcohol selection list and inclusive information for you to review
- When you are satisfied with all the adjustments to fit your needs we will then put a contract together for you.
- Barfly gives you lots of time, you have up to 2 weeks before your event to change your expected guests and to change your alcohol selections
- Payment options are available, please ask us about the one that best suits your needs
- We check back with you approximately 2 weeks prior to your event to make sure all the details are still accurate or to adjust any changes you may have. Things change and we can work with you!
- Approximately 1 week prior to your event we will let you know who will be the supervisor from Barfly on staff for that day and make sure you have a point of contact.
- Barfly can will also coordinate with your event planner, wedding planner, wedding coordinator or food caterer if this is something you would like us to do
Bar Setup
Our standard bar setup consists of a bar height counter set on a 6′ banquet table dressed in solid black linen. Additional black linen is used to cover the back bar, beer tubs, and trash bins in the bar area. Do you have specific colors for your event? For an additional charge we can provide specialty linen for the bar area or simply provide you with measurements so that you can source them from your existing décor vendor. For extra impact consider a specialty bar surround in themes and materials ranging from tropical to mahogany wood to glow, leather and more. Some venues may even have their own bar. Ask us about the venue you are interested in and we can help you with that decision.

- Bar Staff — Our staff is hand selected from the local hospitality industry to ensure quality service and up to date knowledge of the hottest drinks and newest trends. Every bartender is certified under Floridas Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Responsible Vendor program.
- Bar Staff Attire — Choose from our standards: “clean & simple” all black, “business” white shirt and black slacks, or “formal” vest and necktie. We can also accommodate special requests such as themed attire or attire with your company or event logo
- Ice & Ice Coolers — We provide plenty of ice to keep your beverages cold. For larger and longer events we can provide a powered ice or draft beer truck on site.
- Drinkware — Clear plastic cups are included in every package. You do however have the option to upgrade to glassware including rocks glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, margarita glasses, pilsner glasses, and more.
- Glassware – Some venue locations we have glassware included in our pricing. The selections may include: rocks glass, wine glass, champagne flutes, martini glass, margarita glass, pilsner glass, and more. Ask us about which venues include the glass.
- Beverage Napkins — Standard white beverage napkins are included with every package. Ask about upgrading to colored or logoed napkins for an additional charge.
- Bar Supplies — Shaker tins, bottle openers, bar mats, wine keys, pour spouts, straws, stirrers, bar towels, bar napkins, napkin caddies, and all other bar supplies are included in every package. For specialty drinks we can also provide blenders, frozen drink machines, muddlers, salt & sugar rimmers, and more.
- Non-Alcoholic Beverages — All packages include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Bottled Water as non-alcoholic alternatives.
- Mixers — In addition to the non-alcoholic beverages listed above, all liquor packages include Club Soda, Tonic Water, and Ginger Ale. Specialty mixers including Red Bull, grenadine, syrups, and other juices are also available for your specialty drinks or as an upgrade.
- Garnishes — Lemons and limes are included with every package. Specialty drinks can be accompanied by maraschino cherries, olives, stuffed olives, orange slices, bloody mary fixings, mint leaves, sugar canes, flavored salts & sugars and more.
